Job summary

Dalhousie Castle is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Team Members to deliver exceptional service across our restaurant, bar and events spaces. Greet guests warmly, take orders, and serve food and beverages with efficiency while maintaining table presentation and hygiene.

You will process payments via POS and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams, supporting breakfast, lunch, dinner or event service as needed.
