Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader at our Morpeth site. You’ll lead day-to-day service in a busy café, support front-of-house operations and help maintain high standards of food safety and guest experience.

You’ll supervise induction and training, inspire a small team, and ensure smooth running across shifts. The role offers part-time hours around 30 per week, with seasonal variation and a fixed-term contract to 31 August 2027.

• Ability to lead, support and develop a team
• Confident dealing with a variety of situations including complaints
