Rank Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to drive exceptional service across our casino venues in Bolton. You will lead a diverse team, set standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless dining and gaming experience.

You'll motivate staff, manage night shifts and weekend work in a 24/7 environment, and uphold brand values of hospitality and quality. NVQ level 2 is a plus, but not essential, with a focus on teamwork and professional conduct.

• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Your leadership will inspire a team to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency, ensuring every customer enjoys an engaging experience that is flawless from start to finish.

You’ll inspire and motivate your team to provide a first-class service that leaves customers wanting to return time & time again and driving our mission to being the most loved Casinos in the UK.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Strong and inclusive leadership skills where you have demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.
