Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader in Manchester to orchestrate seamless service and exceptional customer experience across all shifts.

You will lead and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring professional standards and memorable guest experiences in a 24/7 casino setting.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with experience building a high performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver seamless F&B services.
• Ensure high standards of service and professionalism across shifts.
• Oversee operations in a 24/7 casino environment, including night shifts and weekends.

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, your role is pivotal in orchestrating the seamless delivery of food and beverage services that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Strong and inclusive leadership skills where you have demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.
