Job summary

Rank Group is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Leader to coordinate the delivery of high‑quality food and drink in a busy casino environment. You will lead a diverse team, uphold service standards, and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

This role requires flexible availability for night shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operation. NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential; 18+ with right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing team in food & beverage settings.
• Experience working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Role requires flexibility for a 24/7 casino environment, night shifts and weekends.
• Candidates must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK.

Skills & Experience Needed:

• Strong and inclusive leadership skills where you have demonstrable experience of building a high performing team.
• Experience of working in a Food & Beverage operation.
• NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality or a relevant kitchen qualification would be an advantage – but is not essential.
