Job summary

Warner Hotels is recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Lakeside on Hayling Island. Lead service shifts, coach teams, and uphold high standards to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests.

You will oversee operations across all F&B areas, ensure safety and compliance, and drive guest satisfaction while working closely with managers and leaders. Position offers career development and extensive staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; Level 3 certificate desirable.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-shift leader across the F&B department and monitor standards and efficiency.
• Serve as the main guest contact during the shift and handle queries professionally.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety and company policies, and manage emergency procedures.
• Monitor upselling opportunities and cash handling while protecting guest experience.
• Conduct shift handovers and prepare reports; communicate urgent matters to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve issues and support teams to minimise disruption.
