Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our busy Edinburgh property. You will lead service teams, ensure guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards.

Ideal candidates have a customer-focused attitude, good communication, and willingness to develop. Experience in a busy F&B operation is a plus, but not essential. We offer discounts, staff meals, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused ethos with a passion for excellent service.
• Experience in a busy Food & Beverage operation is advantageous but not essential.
• Willingness to adapt and develop within a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent, professional service to guests.
• Assist Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth department operations.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel products and standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food hygiene compliance at all times.
