voco Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the department and focus on delivering wonderful service to our guests.

You will lead by example, ensure presentation of bar and restaurant spaces is impeccable, and maximise performance through up-selling and service standards. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager you'll be involved in all aspects of the day -to -day operation of the department, focusing on delivering wonderful service to our guests time and time again. You'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the food and beverage service and team, always ensuring our guests have a great experience. You'll take pride in your work, focusing on the presentation of the bar and restaurant spaces, ensuring they're clean and tidy. The guest experience is incredibly important, so naturally you’ll be customer -led, whilst working to maximise performance of the department through up -selling and service standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor who’s hands -on, decisive and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. Our bars and restaurants are fun, engaging places to work and they’re at the heart of our guests overall experience when staying with us. You’ll be front and centre of that stage, leading by example in all that you do.

With naturally strong supervisory skills, you’ll support the Food & Beverage Team in providing a genuine, intuitive approach with our guests. Communication is key in this role, but you’ll also need strong attention to detail skills and an engaging, outgoing style to stand out.
