voco Winchester Hotel & Spa is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the F&B department, ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards. You will oversee bar and restaurant presentation, drive up-selling and support the team with hands-on, decisive leadership.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment on site near Winchester.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage supervision or hospitality leadership.
• Eligible to live and work in the UK as part of recruitment process.
