The successful candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, support health and safety standards, and contribute to the smooth operation of the F&B department within a branded hotel group.

Responsibilities

• To be totally customer focused by delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Assist the service of our guests to ensure efficient, professional service at all times and exceed their expectations.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department.
• Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards.
• Ensure all Health and Safety / Food compliance is adhered to.
