DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central is inviting applications for a Food and Beverage Supervisor. This role sits in a busy hotel environment where guest service excellence is paramount. You will support service delivery, uphold brand standards, and work with the F&B Manager to ensure smooth operations.

We value friendly, adaptable team players who are passionate about hospitality and eager to develop their skills. Full-time hours, permanent contract, located in Glasgow city centre.

• Experience in a busy Food & Beverage operation is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• To be totally customer focused by delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and effective approach.
• Assist with guest service to ensure efficient, professional service at all times.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department.
• Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards.
• Ensure all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to.
