LGH Hotels Management is seeking a Food & Beverage Host for St Martins Lane, a Morgans Originals hotel in Covent Garden. You’ll be the warm, engaging welcome, ensuring guests feel valued from arrival through dining, with colleagues across restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.

You will greet, seat, take reservations, and anticipate guest needs, delivering memorable experiences and a polished guest journey in a luxury setting.

• Creating outstanding first and last impressions through warm, genuine welcomes and farewells.
• Greeting and seating guests with confidence, professionalism, and personality.
• Managing reservations, walk-ins, and table allocations to ensure a smooth guest journey.
• Building positive relationships with guests and anticipating their needs before they ask.
• Handling enquiries and special requests with care, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Working closely with restaurant, bar, and kitchen teams to create seamless service experiences.
• Maintaining a welcoming, elegant, and inviting atmosphere throughout the reception and dining areas.
• Helping guests celebrate special moments and creating experiences they want to return for.
