Job summary

Haven is seeking a Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead multiple pop-up outlets, including cooks fish & chip, Seaside Treats, and Bertie's Ice Cream. You will drive guest experience, manage budgets, and ensure safety and brand standards across all sites.

You will be hands-on with performance, providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roles such as Duty Manager, Store Manager, or a similar leadership role within the food service or retail industry.

Position: Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Join us as our Food & Beverage Outlets Manager and lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional service and delicious experiences at our vibrant pop-up F&B outlets!

In this role, you'll be at the heart of an energetic F&B team, leading with clear direction and plenty of motivation. You'll inspire your team to hit their goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll be hands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tackling any challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources like budgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll also be the driving force behind fantastic guest experiences, continuously improving how we interact and solving any issues that pop up. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies and brand standards.

This role involves managing multiple pop-up outlets including Cooks Fish & Chip’s, Seaside Treats, and Bertie's Ice Cream.

Requirements
