Cairn Group is seeking motivated Supervisors to support the day-to-day operation of the BCEC - Operations at Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre. You will help lead operational teams, coach colleagues and ensure service standards are consistently achieved, delivering memorable hospitality experiences for guests.

• Have previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.
• Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.
• Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
