Job summary

Cairn Group is seeking a motivated F&B Supervisor to help lead our operational teams at Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre. You will support daily service delivery, coordinate shifts, coach colleagues, manage workloads, and resolve guest queries while upholding high standards of guest service and operational excellence.

This role mainly covers evenings and overnight setup. Bring your positive leadership, organisational skills and customer focus to Cairn Group, and you'll help drive service

• Support the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.
• Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.
• Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
• Contribute to the success of the wider team by driving performance, engagement and service standards.
