Village Hotels Solihull seeks a heavyweight F&B Operations Manager to act as the commercial and operational lead for all dining venues and banqueting. You will drive the Pub & Grill energy, coordinate large-scale events, and coach department heads to maintain brand perfection without dropping the ball.

You will own local sales strategy, protect the bottom line, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across the hotel’s restaurant and events sections, with autonomy to run the show.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-department F&B operations in a hotel or large venue.
• Strong P&L oversight and cost control abilities.
• Proven ability to drive brand standards and guest experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive the restaurant vibe as a standalone powerhouse with branded pre-shift briefings.
• Lead large-scale M&E events with the same attention as a restaurant table for two.
• Protect gross profit by reviewing wage costs and stock par levels; ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage Heads of Department and build a high-performing, cohesive team.
