Job summary

Village is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead the commercial and operational performance across all venues within the hotel. You will define the local sales strategy, protect the bottom line, and coach Heads of Department to deliver high-volume restaurant service and large-scale events while upholding brand standards.

You will own the local market strategy, drive revenue, and ensure rigorous audits, staff development, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• The Commercial Engine: Driving revenue and protecting Gross Profit across all F&B departments, reviewing wage costs and ensuring stock par levels.
• The Leadership & Culture: Managing your managers, breaking down silos between pub and events teams, coaching HODs with measurable recruitment velocity.
• The Strategy & Outreach: Owning the local market with quarterly sales plans, costing local marketing events for ROI, and aiming to dominate local TripAdvisor rankings.
• The Standards: Enforcing branded pre-shift briefings, boosting product knowledge, and achieving consistent food safety and health and safety audits.
