The Role:

• Lead by example, actively working across all outlets to assess and improve service delivery.
• Ensure consistency in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze guest feedback, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to restaurant, venue, and bars managers to develop leadership and service skills.
• Design and deliver structured training programs to enhance service excellence, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Support managers in optimizing labor costs, inventory control, and operational budgets.

The Person:

• Experience in hospitality management.
• Food Safety & Hygiene Certification.
