The Bath Priory is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house across two distinctive dining outlets: The Pantry Restaurant and The Priory Restaurant. You will also oversee meetings, events, and room service, working closely with the Executive Chef and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Michelin or 3 AA Rosette environments.
• Strong wine knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets with a commercial mindset.
• Confident, personable leader with a background in fine dining and luxury hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Lead front-of-house across The Pantry Restaurant and The Priory Restaurant.
• Oversee meetings and events operations, as well as room service.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and senior management to shape the guest journey.
• Recruit and train new staff to build a high-performing team.
