The Bath Priory, part of Andrew Brownsword Hotels, is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead our breakfast service and occasionally support evening operations. You will help develop the team, explain menus with confidence and ensure consistently excellent standards in a luxury setting.

Shifts run 07:00–15:30 with some flexibility for evenings. We offer service charge, staff discounts, meals on duty and opportunities for progression within our luxury hotel group.

Formación

• Experience in food & beverage, ideally in a supervisory or senior team role.
• Strong customer service ethos and a warm, approachable personality.
• Able to lead by example and develop junior colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily breakfast operation to ensure smooth service and guest welcome.
• Explain menu offerings, answer questions and make recommendations.
• Train and develop the front-of-house team and maintain high standards.
• Deliver personalised, thoughtful service and attention to detail.
