Job summary

The Bath Priory in Bath is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead front-of-house across The Pantry Restaurant and The Priory Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management to inspire a high-performing team and shape the guest journey.

This hands-on role rewards expertise in fine dining, strong wine knowledge, and a leadership style that is confident, warm, and personable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Michelin or 3 AA Rosette environments (preferred).
• Strong wine knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets with a commercial mindset.
• A true lead-from-the-front operator.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house across two distinctive outlets (The Pantry Restaurant and The Priory Restaurant).
• Oversee meetings and events operations, as well as room service.
• Recruit and train new staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure every guest experience is seamless and memorable.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior management on guest journeys.
