Job summary

The Bath Priory seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house across two distinctive dining outlets. You will oversee meetings and events, as well as room service, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and senior management, you will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, delivering excellent service and a premium dining journey in a luxury hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Michelin or 3 AA Rosette environments (preferred).
• Strong wine knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets with a commercial mindset.
• A true lead-from-the-front operator (essential).
• Confident, personable leader with a background in fine dining and luxury hospitality.
• Bar and mixology knowledge (a plus).
• Someone who understands that great service is effortless, intuitive, and never stuffy.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house across two outlets: The Pantry Restaurant and The Priory Restaurant.
• Oversee meetings and events operations, as well as room service.
• Recruit and train staff to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure guests have a memorable experience and a flawless guest journey.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and senior management to shape dining experience.
• Maintain a flexible, collaborative culture across departments.
