Leonardo Hotels in Edinburgh Murrayfield is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to direct the department's strategy and oversee day-to-day operations with the team. You will be an ambassador for the hotel, uphold service standards, collaborate with other departments, and lead by example with a visible floor presence to support colleagues.

The role also focuses on achieving KPIs and building a strong team through regular meetings and well-planned rotas.

• Lead regular team meetings
