Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Leonardo Royal Hotel London St Pauls to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will lead the F&B team, maintain smooth on-floor operations, and drive service standards across the department.

You will be responsible for team leadership, rota planning, training, and delivering first-class customer service while upholding the Leonardo brand and guest satisfaction. This role focuses on hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and be visible on the floor to support the team.
• Set and monitor KPIs and help the team achieve them.
• Lead regular team meetings to build relationships and communication.
• Complete and issue rotas in advance to support work-life balance.
• Identify training opportunities to develop the team and future leaders.
