Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Brighton Waterfront is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our on-site F&B department in Brighton. You will set the strategy for service excellence, guest satisfaction and revenue performance while guiding and coaching a diverse team across all F&B outlets.

You will be visible on the floor, drive KPIs, and manage rotas and training to ensure exceptional experiences for guests in our hotel and venues.

Qualifications

• Leadership of F&B team and service delivery
• Ability to monitor KPIs and drive performance
• Strong guest service orientation and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B department, directing strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Be visible on the floor and support the team with coaching and backing.
• Set KPIs and help the team achieve them through regular reviews.
• Lead regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching to build relationships.
• Plan and issue staff rotas in advance to maintain work-life balance.
• Identify and implement training opportunities to develop staff and future leaders.
