A day in the life of our F&B Manager requires heaps of energy and consistency, even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Working with an amazing team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all elements of the F&B Operation within the hotel, including breakfast service, bar and Starbucks service, a la carte lunch and dinner, and all conference, banqueting, and functions.
You will have ultimate responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the team, and will be accountable for engagement in your department. Your duties include working to budgets, planning and forecasting future sales and revenue, and monitoring future trends and opportunities. You will also establish team targets, KRAs, ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, purchase goods, manage customer relations, nurture an ownership environment, and work collaboratively with support functions to drive the strategic direction of all departments to achieve TAV revenues through FY28.
