You will manage the F&B team, implement service standards, oversee cost controls, uphold health and safety regulations, and collaborate with marketing to maximise guest appeal and profitability, all within a landmark hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets to ensure top-tier quality and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement guest satisfaction strategies, monitor trends, and drive continuous improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the F&B department, including cost controls.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and marketing alignment to maximise profitability.
• Coach and mentor team members, provide development opportunities, and recognise achievements.
