Job summary

Arena Racing Company at Wolverhampton Racecourse and Holiday Inn invites an experienced Food & Beverage supervisor to join the hotel operations team. You will support the Hotel Operations Manager in day-to-day running of the F&B operation, ensuring guests receive outstanding service from arrival through departure.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and motivating the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service every day.
• Assisting with team rotas, staffing, training and ongoing development.
• Helping drive sales through upselling and creating memorable dining and bar experiences.
• Managing stock ordering, cellar operations and bar audits.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and brand compliance.
• Supporting reception during busy check-in and check-out periods when required.
• Acting as Duty Manager on occasion, including hotel, racecourse and event days.
• Ensuring our guests always receive a warm welcome and personal service.
