TeamSport in Dundee is seeking a proactive F&B Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of the food and beverage function. You will train crew, uphold brand standards, manage stock and rotas, and help drive profitability while keeping customers safe and entertained.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the F&B function
• Train new and existing crew on all areas of F&B
• Maintain brand and safety standards (HACCP)

• Work with General Manager to achieve profitability targets
