Job summary

Edwardian Hotels London is recruiting a Chief F&B Steward to join the Back of House team at The Londoner Hotel in central London. The role oversees back of house operations, stock takes, and ensures goods are checked on receipt.

You will train and develop F&B stewards, identify training needs, and contribute to health and safety audits with the back of house manager. Candidates should have current BOH supervisory experience in a hotel and up-to-date health and safety qualifications (CIEH Level

• Recent Back of House supervisory experience in a hotel or similar.
• Ability to prioritise business needs and support back of house operations.
• Working knowledge of the Hotel to assist internal & external clients.
• Up-to-date health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
• Health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.

Overview

• The role of Chief F&B Steward will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the back of house operation, alongside the back of house manager.
• You will manage all cutlery and crockery stock takes, highlighting any concerns to departments. You will ensure that all goods received are thoroughly checked.

About You

• Current Back of House supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment.
• Demonstrates ability to proactively priorities business needs, drive and support the back of house operations teams.
• Displays a working knowledge of the Hotel in order to assist internal & external clients.
• To be up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
• To have health and safety qualifications at a minimum CIEH Level Two.
