Job summary

Hilton Birmingham Metropole is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to support operations across our Brightsmith on the Water venue. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus service charge.

You will greet guests, take and serve orders, set tables, and ensure high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout service. Ideal candidates bring warmth, good rapport with customers, and a friendly, easy-going personality to enhance the guest experience.

• Support all F&B operations: work across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Delight guests: greet, take and serve orders, ensure high level of service
• Prepare tables with precision: set/arrange tables, fold napkins, place tableware
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: keep work areas clean and organized
• Comply with regulatory standards: health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness
