Job summary

The National Trust is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager at Hidcote Manor Garden, Chipping Campden. You will support the operation of all outlets, driving excellent customer service, and helping lead a team to maintain high standards in food and drink service.

You will work with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with health and safety and NT policies.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service in a similar environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to set objectives and give feedback.
• Experience managing budgets to increase income and control costs, including stock and waste.
• People-focused with friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Awareness of health and safety compliance.
