Job summary

The Club Company is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver outstanding service to Club Members and guests, setting up tables and event spaces and ensuring memorable dining experiences.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor, you will greet guests, serve food and drinks promptly, maintain bar areas, upsell offerings, handle payments, and support front-of-house across opening hours, including evenings and functions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing role desirable.
• Food safety certification and/or HACCP certified is desirable.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up tables and event spaces, greet and serve guests, deliver food and drinks promptly.
• Maintain well-stocked bar areas and upsell offerings.
• Clear and clean tables, handle money procedures, and support front-of-house in various areas including full bar and Barista duties.
