Leonardo Hotel Hinckley Island is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our busy restaurant and bar team. You’ll be the face of the hotel, delivering warm hospitality and helping guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, with a can-do attitude and great rapport with colleagues.

In this fixed term maternity cover, you’ll contribute to smooth service, support teammates, and take pride in presenting our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Friendly and confident in guest interactions.
• Able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in restaurant and bar, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Assist with service delivery to guests and support team during peak periods.
