Job summary

Leonardo Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our Manchester team. You’ll be the face of the hotel in our restaurant and bar, delivering warm, friendly service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Work with a vibrant team, share energy, and build rapport with guests. A can‑do attitude, confidence speaking with guests and colleagues, and ongoing training with progression are on offer along with perk schemes.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly service in the restaurant and bar.
• Ensure guests have a great dining experience and leave wanting to return.
