Job summary

The Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our busy team. You will primarily work Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am in our Meeting & Events spaces and Lounge bar, and you must be able to travel home safely at 2am from SL9 7PA.

We value great guest service and teamwork, with opportunities for training, development and staff discounts across our group. A pro-active, flexible attitude and reliable communication will help you thrive on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Experience serving food and drink in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
• Pro-active and can-do attitude.
• Flexible to work on a rota basis, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Assist with service delivery for weddings, events and parties.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area in line with health and safety regulations.
• Work well with team to ensure smooth service and high morale.
• Attend training and complete e-learning modules to improve skills.

We are looking for individuals to join our busy Food & Beverage Team, working predominately Friday and Saturday evenings until 2am in our Meeting & Events spaces and Lounge bar. You must be able to get to get home from the Bull Hotel SL9 7PA by your own means at 2am

As Food and Beverage Assistant you will have...

• Previous experience serving food and drink in a customer facing role prefered but not essential

What will I be doing as Food and Beverage Assistant?

• Setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and tables and chairs
• Assisting with the service delivery for weddings, events and parties
• Ensuring your work area is well maintained and meets all health and safety regulations
• Working well with your other team members to ensure a smooth service and high team morale.
• Attending training & completing e-learning modules to improve your skills and aid your development.
