The Bull seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee Restaurant, Bar and Meetings & Events. Live-in may be available and you must be able to commute to SL9 7PA.

The role requires a hands-on, guest-focused manager who ensures paperwork, standards and policies are kept up to date. You will work with the F&B Operations Manager to drive service excellence, motivate the team, and manage costs while maintaining high quality and compliance with health & safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Junior or Assistant Manager in 4* hotels.
• Operational experience across F&B, events, and weddings.
• Understanding of POS systems and cost controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support F&B departments to run smoothly with events and weddings.
• Manage floor operations and ensure high guest service standards.
• Monitor costs, training plans, and adherence to health & safety rules.
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities across outlets.
