Job summary

Hotel Indigo Newcastle is seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our Restaurant & Bar. You will be the face of our food and beverage operation, delivering warm, professional service to hotel guests and local visitors in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll welcome guests, take and serve orders, manage payments, and help maintain brand standards across the dining and bar areas while supporting colleagues and upholding health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to deliver warm, professional service to guests.
• Knowledge of menus, specials and promotions.
