Job summary

Hotel du Vin is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to support events and guest experiences in our renowned venue. You will work with the F&B team to ensure smooth service, coordinate with the kitchen and management, and uphold the high standards of our 3 AA rosette restaurant.

We welcome passionate hospitality professionals who enjoy wine, beverages and delivering memorable experiences. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with career development opportunities and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food, wine and beverages is an advantage.

Food and Beverage Assistant, Hotel du Vin

Up to £13.80 per hour (including TRONC)

In this role you will as

sist in the smooth running of all our events, be part of the Food & Beverage team and grab your chance towork with the best food, drink and a brand you can be proud of.

You'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management team to ensure smooth and controlled experiences for our guests.This role also involves working within our3 AA rosette restaurantwhere you will be expected to maintain current standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. Knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
