Job summary

Hotel du Vin Winchester is seeking a guest-focused team member to be the face of the restaurant and ensure a smooth dining experience through clear communication with the kitchen and management.

We operate 7 days a week with flexible shift patterns and a strong emphasis on customer service. The role offers training and development, generous benefits, and opportunities to progress within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience isn’t mandatory, but a passion for great customer service and willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced restaurant environment and communicate with kitchen and management.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
