Smile Education Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Reception Teaching Assistant in Birmingham to support the transition from EYFS into Year 1. • Caring, patient and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning in a Year 1 classroom.
• Provide dedicated one-to-one support for a child with SEN.
• Assist with interventions to support academic and social development.
• Help create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils receive needed support.
