Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant with EYFS experience for a Reception role at a lovely Sutton Coldfield school. The position is full-time, five days per week, from January to July 2027.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, and experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis, with confidence in phonics and KS1 readiness.

Qualifications

• Strong EYFS knowledge and confident with phonics.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND on a one-to-one basis.
• Recent primary school experience within the last 2 years.
• Level 3 TA qualification (NVQ/CACHE preferable).
