Job summary

Tickton C of E Primary School in Tickton is seeking a Level 3 EYFS practitioner to join our reception class. The post is part time (35 hours per week) and fixed term for 3 years to support secondment arrangements.

The successful candidate will have experience with EYFS, play-based learning, and communicating with families, with DBS checks as part of safeguarding requirements. The role requires collaboration within our school community.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS practitioner with experience in supporting young children.
• Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and how young children learn.
• Experience with promoting play-based learning and working with families.

Responsibilities

• Position based mainly in the reception class within Tickton C of E Primary School.
• Supervise lunch times and support OPaL play and other activities.
• Collaborate with EYFS team and wider school staff to support children's needs.
