Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting EYFS learning activities.
• Ability to work with teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate learning.
• Experience providing targeted support for pupils with additional learning, social, emotional or developmental needs.
• Ability to promote wellbeing and positive behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS learning activities for individuals and groups.
• Work with teachers to plan, deliver and evaluate learning, monitoring and recording progress.
• Provide targeted support for pupils with additional learning, social, emotional or developmental needs.
• Promote children's wellbeing, independence and positive behaviour, supporting personal care where required.
• Build positive relationships with families, colleagues and external professionals.
