Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant in the PR4 area to join the Early Years team. You will support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, assist with interactive activities and help create a safe, stimulating learning environment.

The role requires experience with Nursery/Reception, knowledge of EYFS, and a patient, enthusiastic approach. A long-term or permanent path may arise with ongoing training and school support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Nursery or Reception children.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child development.
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach with a passion for helping children learn.

Responsibilities

• Support children across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Assist with interactive learning activities and continuous provision.
• Encourage communication, confidence and independence.
• Provide 1:1 support and small-group assistance where required.
