Aspire People in Lutterworth are partnering with a local school to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant. Based in a single school, you will support early years learning, help children develop foundational skills and form positive relationships with staff and pupils.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a daily rate of £105. Candidates should have experience with children, ideally EYFS, and be willing to obtain a DBS if needed.

Aspire People are working in partnership with a school in Lutterworth who are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children who is looking for a full-time role in a school environment. You'll be based in one school, Monday to Friday, giving you the chance to build positive relationships with the children and become a familiar and valued member of the team.

The role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting young children with their learning, development and day-to-day progress.

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working with children is essential
• Experience within an EYFS setting would be ideal
• A relevant qualification such as a Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification would be desirable
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
• A patient, caring and reliable approach
• Someone who works well as part of a team
• A valid DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but if you don't currently have one, you must be willing to obtain one
