Job summary

Aspire People are partnering with a school in Loughborough to recruit an EYFS Teaching Assistant who will be based in one friendly, supportive class. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.

You'll support early learning and development, work closely with the teacher, and assist with routine activities. A Level 2/3 Childcare or TA qualification is desirable, and a DBS update service is preferred but not essential if you’re

• Experience working with children is essential.
• EYFS setting experience would be ideal.
• A Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification would be desirable.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but willingness to obtain one is required

Aspire People are working in partnership with a school in Loughborough who are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience working with children who is looking for a full-time role in a school environment. You'll be based in one school, Monday to Friday, giving you the chance to build positive relationships with the children and become a familiar and valued member of the team.

The role would suit someone who is passionate about supporting young children with their learning, development and day-to-day progress.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience working with children is essential
• Experience within an EYFS setting would be ideal
• A relevant qualification such as a Level 2/3 Childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification would be desirable
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children
• A patient, caring and reliable approach
• Someone who works well as part of a team
• A valid DBS on the Update Service is desirable, but if you don't currently have one, you must be willing to obtain one
