Job summary

Academics in Rickmansworth is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support Early Years settings across local primary schools. You will help children develop confidence, communication and independence through play-based learning, building positive relationships with staff and pupils.

We welcome candidates with EYFS experience, Nursery/Reception/pre-school exposure, and a good safeguarding mindset. Roles range from temporary to long-term and permanent, with daily pay £95–£105 and an ASAP start

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication with children and staff; caring, professional approach.
• Good safeguarding awareness and ability to support learning through play.

Responsibilities

• Support learning through play in nursery, Reception or pre-school settings.
• Assist teachers in Early Years classrooms and settings across Rickmansworth.
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing environment and build positive relationships with children and staff.
