Job summary

Academics in Rickmansworth is seeking an EYFS Teaching Assistant to support Early Years settings across local primary schools. You will help children develop confidence, communication and independence through play-based learning, building positive relationships with staff and pupils.

We welcome candidates with EYFS experience, Nursery/Reception/pre-school exposure, and a good safeguarding mindset. Roles range from temporary to long-term and permanent, with daily pay £95–£105 and an ASAP start

We're looking for candidates with:

• Previous Early Years experience
• Nursery, Reception or pre-school experience
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework
• A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, desirable
• Strong communication skills
• A caring and professional approach
• Good safeguarding awareness
• Confidence supporting learning through playExperience supporting children with SEND would also be highly valued.
