Job summary

EdEx is seeking an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to support children aged 3-5 across Nursery and Reception in a Brent-based Primary School. You will assist with phonics, reading, writing and early maths, and lead targeted small-group interventions within a play-based, creative learning environment.

You will collaborate closely with the EYFS team, contribute to stimulating displays, and help develop confidence and communication in young learners.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, CACHE or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Previous experience supporting children within Nursery, Reception or another Early Years setting.
• Confident delivering Phonics and early literacy activities.
• Creative, energetic and proactive approach to supporting children.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a large Early Years team.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's development.
• Aspiring Primary Teachers are strongly encouraged to apply.
